Max Baucus' rather strange speech on the floor
of the Senate recently. Seems he is a sore loser
re: the failure of the Obama health care reform
bill failing in its original version to gain passage,
and some observers of his rambling rant wonder
if he was drunk when he gave it. His speech seemed
to be rather slurred! Was he or wasn't he?
